TVU Producer Survey draft – terms & conditions
1- ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons of 18 years of age or older that by July 31, 2021 (31/07/2021) have registered on TVU Producer (https://producer.tvunetworks.com/producer/register/), owning a user account with six (6) or more hours of accumulated usage of TVU Producer (the “ENTRANTs” herein). Employees of TVU Networks (the “Promoter” herein) are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Drawing is open only in areas where the Sweepstake complies with local law. The Sweepstake is void in areas where drawings are prohibited or restricted by law.
2- SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins approximately at 3:00 P.M hours (GMT+2). EST on August 12th, 2021 and ends approximately at 5:00 P.M hours (GMT+2) on December 15 th, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.
3- HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, complete the TVU Producer Survey located at https://form.jotform.com/212213913970350 . Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, and per TVU user account during the Sweepstakes Period via online entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same TVU user account. No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstake and purchase won’t increase the chance of winning.
4- Information submitted by Entrants to the Sweepstake will only be used by TVU Networks in accordance with its privacy policy and as otherwise stated.
5- WINNERS SELECTION: Two (2) winners will be determined by random drawing to be held on or about December 15th, 2021. Winners will be selected from entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry on or about January 15th, 2021. The drawing will be conducted by TVU Networks, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, TVU Networks may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.
6- PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Go Pro HERO9 and one (1) other winner will receive a DJI Pocket 2. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $399.99 USD (three hundred and ninety nine USA dollars with ninety nince cents) and $439 (four hundred and thirty nine USA dollars), accordingly. Overall odds of winning depend on number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The prize winners can not request a prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer. There is no cash alternative to the prizes, and the Promoter shall have the right to substitute the prizes being offered with one of equal or greater value. The prize winners (and not the Promoter) shall be responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes incurred by them related to the receipt of any prize they win in the Sweepstake. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The postage and packaging will be paid by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or delayed in delivery by post.
7- CONDITIONS: TVU Networks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). TVU Networks also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, TVU Networks reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. BY ENTERING, ENTRANTs WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST TVU NETWORKS OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS TVU NETWORKS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR TVU NETWORKS USE OF ANY ENTRY INFORMATION.
8- PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to TVU Networks all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, country (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) for internal research purposes and potential follow-up communications or in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If any Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
9- OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST: Each of the winners will be notified by online message via email no later than ten days after the close of the Sweepstake and may be required to complete and return a form by fax or email to the Promoter to confirm their eligibility (e.g. proof of age, residence) to participate in the Sweepstake within ten days of notification that they have won. If a winner fails to return the form within the time stated, or is found to be ineligible for any reason, a further winner will be selected in their place.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered entries, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, Website (including https://form.jotform.com/212213913970350), or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to enter the Sweepstake; or (3) for any event which may cause the Sweepstake to be disrupted or corrupted. Entrants who tamper with Sweepstake code will be disqualified.
10- The Promoter disclaims any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the Website, users, equipment used in the Sweepstake, or by human or technical errors related to the submission of entries. The Promoter makes no warranties or guarantees in relation to the prizes or the information or advice contained therein.
11- Entrants agree that the Promoter and its shareholders, officers, directors, agents, suppliers and employees shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prizes, or participation in drawing. In no event shall the Promoter be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or similar damages) arising from any use of the Prize or for any claim made against the Promoter by any person using this Prize.
12- The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstake or these Terms and Conditions prior to the cessation of the Sweepstake for any reason, including for technical reasons such as computer viruses, bugs, tampering or technical failures, or any other factor beyond Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
13- By answering the Survey and entering the Sweepstake, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
