Marketing Manager NAM Region

Company Description:

Do you want to be a part of a fast growing and innovative business? TVU Networks Marketing team is looking for an experience North America Marketing Manager to support our global growth initiative.

Chances are you have already seen video content on your phone, laptop, tablet or TV delivered from one of our web-based products or apps. TVU Networks is a technology and market leader in cloud-based live video solutions, headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, working with largest news and sport broadcasters, in over 85 countries. We are transforming the way live video is captured, produced and shared around the world.

Based remotely in the United States, reporting to the Director of Marketing and VP of North America, the ideal candidates must be able to proactively develop tactics and campaigns that drive our regional business goals: growing our lead database, building a strong pipeline and driving awareness of TVU solutions across North America.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will work at the strategic level to champion best practices and innovative ideas, and at the tactical level to test and execute digital campaigns and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Create effective campaign assets, including email, newsletter, video, landing page and advertising.
  • Plan and host all aspects of online and offline North America regional events, webinars, tradeshows and conferences in collaboration with our HQ marketing team, to deepen relationships with customers and attract prospects
  • Identify relevant customer stories & turn them into demand generation/sales enablement materials, working with the global customer marketing and sales enablement teams
  • Support the NAM sales team by identifying major business opportunities and collaborate with R&D teams to deliver the right solution in time for our prospects.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all relevant marketing activity in the region against agreed KPIs. Apply learnings.

Who You Are – Requirements:

  • Mandatory: English Native Speaker
  • BA or BS degree in marketing, communication or business.
  • The ideal candidate has a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical. With strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • You have 4 to 5 years’ experience in organizing important events (webinars, conferences, tradeshows) and managing advertising and mailing campaigns from conception to results analysis.
  • Previous experience in field marketing, digital marketing or a B2B product marketing role will be seen as a bonus.
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Have a passion for technology and the ability to learn complex in-house software and systems easily.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously while also being highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams and external agencies
  • You are proactive, resourceful, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities. You should also be detail-oriented, organized and can use quantitative metrics to support recommendations. This role reports to the VP of NAM region as well as the Global Marketing Director.
