How to add commentary groups to an existing event in TVU Remote Commentator

Adding Groups to an event generates unique links for each commentary group enabling each group to communicate internally without disturbing the other commentator groups. Multi-language comments are synchronized in TVU Remote Commentator with the video feed and output in multiple languages.

To add groups to an event:

  1. At the bottom of the Create an event window, scroll to Group. Then, click Add new.
  2. Enter a clear and descriptive name for each group in the field provided.
  3. If you want to add multiple groups, click Add new again, repeat the process, and click Save.
  4. You are now ready to invite commentators to the event using the Group Link pop-up window.
  5. In the Group Link pop-up window, click the Copy Link icon and e-mail the URLs to all of your group commentators.
  6. When finished, click Done.
